Refund Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Contact us before returning anything. If approved, we provide a prepaid merchant return label. No restocking fee applies. Perishable goods, opened food or beverage products, gift cards, and personalized items are not returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly about damage, defects, or incorrect items. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection. Orders may be cancelled before shipment; once shipped, the return process applies.
